Division 2 Contracting Ltd. is a privately owned Canadian company that has been in operation since 2003. The company was started by Paul Bovell as Home Works Ventures, offering rubbish removal and landscaping services in the Metro Vancouver area of British Columbia. In 2009, the company expanded to include Devastate Demolition, offering demolition and disposal services.

With continued growth in the demolition division, the rubbish removal and landscaping services were phased out, allowing the company to focus on expanding the demolition, disposal and concrete cutting divisions. In 2013, Home Works Ventures Ltd. was renamed to Division 2 Contracting Ltd. to better represent the services being offered and performed.

​

2013 also saw the addition of in-house hazardous materials abatement services. Operating out of the same location as Division 2 Contracting. Division 2 Environmental Ltd provides hazardous material abatement services throughout Metro Vancouver and British Columbia.

 

Continued investment in the company has resulted in exponential growth and the addition of new services, equipment and a team of talented personnel to compliment all areas of the business. Division 2 Contracting is constantly growing its fleet of machinery and equipment and also has close working relationships with equipment rental companies to supplement it's own equipment as needed.

Division 2 Contracting operates out of yard, offices and equipment repair facilities in Surrey, British Columbia. The offices and yard are ideally located to offer rapid support to our on-site teams in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
