Select demolition and abatement of 100,000 sq ft of hospital space, including interstitial. Demolition scope included 100,000 sq ft of select demolition, erection of scaffolding and debris chute, interior and exterior concrete cutting and removal of interstitial floor. Abatement scope included removal of ducting and flooring under both high risk and moderate risk procedures and lead abatement of painted steel and painted GWB under moderate risk procedures. All work was performed in an active and occupied acute care facility under strict infection control procedures.
