Hazardous material abatement and structural upgrade of a remote lighthouse at the western entrance of Brown passage off the coast of Prince Rupert, BC.  The project required all workers to live on the island and all materials and personnel needed to be transported via helicopter.  A detailed environmental plan was required due to the need to remove hazardous materials in close proximity to waterways.
